How I got started on this path
Marcie had plans to become a medical illustrator when she grew up. She studied pre-med and fine art, and even spent time in England studying literature at Oxford. Throughout her schooling, however, she couldn’t help but notice how much she loved numbers, specifically to solve problems and help people leverage data to capitalize on opportunity. So, she shifted her focus and has been crunching them professionally ever since.
Marcie earned her degree in economics at Pepperdine University. She continues to cultivate her love of the arts and intrepid adventure by playing piano, attending a gazillion concerts and art exhibitions. Marcie has one daughter and loves hiking and golf.
